Terms of Service

LexiPack is operated by Yevhenii Lypskyi, sole proprietor (Jednoosobowa Działalność Gospodarcza), NIP: 8971963461, registered in Poland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You need to be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account.

Card content is generated by AI and can be wrong. Check anything you intend to rely on, and especially anything you publish for other people to study.

The words, packs and notes you create remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it to generate card content when you ask, and — if and only if you turn sharing on — show it to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies other learners have already saved.

• Publish illegal content, or content that harasses, exploits or endangers anyone.
• Upload other people's personal data as study material.
• Publish material you do not have the rights to share.
• Attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits on the service, including automated abuse of the AI features.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond.

There is a free plan. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Who you actually pay depends on where you subscribed, and that decides whose refund process applies:

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a part-used period. There is no free trial; if we introduce one, its terms will be stated before you are charged.

Deleting your LexiPack account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it there as well.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because LexiPack gives you immediate access to digital content, you are asked to agree that the service starts straight away — which ends that withdrawal right once it has. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” rule. If something went wrong, write to support@lexipack.app and we will look at it.

We aim to keep LexiPack running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If a change removes something significant you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

We are liable to you for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export your data at any time.

You can stop using LexiPack and delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also get the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
